Description & Progression

The Colorado OPEN Cup is a new tournament open to ALL teams affiliated with US Soccer (USYS, ECNL, EA, PDL, NPL, etc.).

  • Scheduling is done by team and/or CSA using a flex system.

  • The Spring 2026 edition is open to Boys 15U-19U.

  • The Colorado OPEN Cup works as a single-elimination tournament where teams compete in a series of knockout rounds. If a game ends in a draw, penalties will determine the winner.

  • Fixtures for each round are determined by random draws with no seeding. Games will be played during Spring 2026 only.

Registration

Spring 2026 Colorado OPEN Cup consists of the following age groups: Boys 15U-14U (2011-2007). The 18U and 19U teams will be combined in one division.

Registration for the Spring 2026 Open Cup was closed on March 2nd at 12 PM.

Fees

The only fee is $150 per game per team as they advance to each round to cover referee fees.

Play Dates
Determined by teams involved in the game based on availability. CSA will intervene if game details cannot be agreed in timely manner.
