Referee Abuse Prevention Resources

Going into effect on March 1, 2025, is US Soccer’s Referee Abuse Prevention (RAP) Policy. This policy has been implemented across all CSA leagues and tournaments and is designed to penalize offenses, both physical and non-physical, towards referees by players, coaches, and spectators.
